Partner Managers
Working out in the field, they are supported by the Desk Based Account Manager and Partner Experience teams.
Desk Based Account Managers
They work with the Partner Managers to deliver exceptional account management through combined sales, marketing and commercial initiatives across EE and BT.
Partner Experience Team
The team also ensure prompt and accurate weekly commission payments, dealing with any queries, and process sales orders and connection data.
Marketing Delivery and Design Team
With a dedicated in-house Graphic Designer, we can focus all our creative energy into delivering distinctive solutions across various platforms.

I am a Senior Partner Manager and have over 20 years’ experience supporting partners in growing their business. I am passionate about forging great working relationships with my partners and believe this is a strong foundation for success.

I've been a Partner Manager at Mainline since November 2022, with over 9 years of Telecoms & Sales experience. I relish supporting partners towards business growth and achieving mutual goals.

Partner Experience Specialist
I started Mainline as a stock administrator, later joining the commissions team. I deal with all things stock related, whilst ensuring prompt and correct payments to my partners. I'm very proud and enjoy both of my job roles.

IT Manager
The IT Manager, so much experience, I can remember 8 inch floppy disks! Systems, infrastructure, DB’s and moving vast quantities of data make my world rock. Happiest when walking my 3 dogs or cycling up steep hills!

I’m EE Team Leader, dealing with provisioning and in-life query resolution. My background is varied but the last 5 years has been spent in telecoms and now I can’t imagine doing anything else!

I am the Head of Finance and HR at Mainline, responsible for all things number related and the controls required for that. Without sounding old, I’ve been a qualified accountant for nearly 25 years and at Mainline for nearly 20.

I joined Mainline as a Desk based account manager and am now a BT Deal Specialist. With 14 years’ experience in Telecoms - managing operations and sales team, I’m excited help drive sales on existing and new opportunities.

I am the Finance Assistant for Mainline. I support the finance team in preparing the management accounts, pricing, commissions, data and general reporting. I have had a number of roles within the Mainline team since joining in 2014.

I am the Management Accountant with responsibilities for the monthly accounts, reporting, pricing and all aspects of data integrity. I’m often referred to as "Data Man", a nickname given 11 years ago when joining Mainline.

As Managing Director, I have the privilege of leading the amazing Mainline team as we deliver every day for our partners. I have held director roles in BT for 20 years and have never been so excited about the future as I am about the opportunity for Mainline in the next few years.

I joined Mainline in 1997, becoming a qualified accountant who now heads up the Partner Experience team. We make sure your connections are connected right first time and that you are also paid correctly. I have a keen interest in constantly making improvements to our processes in order to make the partner experience a pleasant one.
